Meet the owner and Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Sarah Kline, MS.Ed., LMHC

Education and Experience

I earned a bachelor’s degree in human services with a minor in psychology. In 2021, I completed a Master of Science in Education in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in marriage and family therapy at Purdue University Fort Wayne.

I have worked with individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds and across a wide range of life experiences. My clinical experience includes supporting clients with trauma, grief, substance-use concerns, self-esteem difficulties, loneliness, and periods of significant emotional distress. I have also worked with individuals who feel overwhelmed, disengaged, or uncertain about their sense of purpose or what matters to them.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach emphasizes creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment. At the same time, I believe effective therapy requires honesty, accountability, and meaningful work.

While I provide compassion and understanding, I also challenge clients in appropriate and constructive ways. This can help them gain insight, recognize patterns, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and meaning in their lives.

My style is calm, direct, and intentional.

Even when someone feels disconnected from themselves or unsure where to begin, therapy can provide space to process past experiences and address present concerns. We can determine where to begin after meeting.

I invite you to reach out to determine whether we may be a good fit.
